Fun Photo Touches:
You can crop your photo and add a little snippet. Just tap the classic three dots to add or tweak these later. And maybe the little surprise hiding behind that curved arrow will bring you back in time!
Vibe:
Tap the vibe icon to pick one of six soothing backgrounds — easy to change on a whim! And if you want your initial to show up on some of the notes, you can add that here, too.
The Tidbits:
There are no ads or fees on smilescroll.
Posts are stored on your phone and take up barely any room — just keep your iCloud backup on and you're all set.
And no worries about an audience — it's your private feed. If you'd like, you can add a lock in the vibe tab — you'll open it the same way you unlock your phone.

The short version
smilescroll doesn't collect your data. Everything you add lives on your phone, just for you. No account, no ads, no tracking.
What we collect
Nothing. smilescroll has no accounts and no sign-up, so we never ask for your name, email, or any personal details — and we have no servers that store your content.
Where your smiles live
Your photos, notes, and screenshots are saved only on your device. If you keep iCloud or Google backup turned on, your smilescroll content may be part of your own device backup — that backup is yours, handled by Apple or Google under their terms, and we never see or touch it.
The lock
If you turn on the optional lock, smilescroll uses your phone's own unlock — the same Face ID, fingerprint, or passcode you already use. We never see, collect, or store any of it; your phone handles it.
No ads, no tracking, no selling
smilescroll shows no ads, uses no trackers or analytics, and never sells or shares your information. There's nothing to sell — we don't collect anything.
App updates
To bring you little improvements, the app may check our update service for the latest version. That delivers updates to the app itself and doesn't involve your personal content.
Children's privacy
Because smilescroll collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.
Changes
If we ever update this policy, we'll change the date at the top.
